Change as they say is the only constant in our lives.

Do we go cold Turkey? – Yes, becoming a parent is the best example of this, after the arrival of your child your life changes with a BAM .

Do we change incrementally? Yes each life experience leads us to cope or modify our response to another life changing situation.
