I awoke excited, the first day of my Reboot is here. Warm water – tick, followed by tap water – another tick. Proceeded to the kitchen to start the juicing, boy did I under estimate the quantaties of vegies, in particular Kale that I would need on the first day. Note to self – go through plan and write a detailed list — that includes quantities. Then the juicing began. I am using my Kenwood food processor that has a juicer attachment, I am doing a 3 day challenge, so buying a juicier is a big ask (especially so close to Christmas). This is when the fun began, I started with 3 carrots, many wobbles later I ended up with a thimble of carrot juice and a ton of pulp — Is this normal? Will have to research. Not liking to waste food I will eat the pulp when I have finished the juice.

Mid morning Juice time, now that was a challenge all the Kale is in a pulpy mess with about 100ml of liquid, the food processor started to over heat.
