Almond Biscotti Macaroons

All homemade and prepared by yours truly, the middle child assisted with the prep (and cleaned the house).  Youngest child set the table and organised the candles and cleaned the bathrooms (Yuk! the job everyone hates)

I prepared everything and raced to be the reader at my church for the Stations of the Cross.  Returned and cooked up a storm, in between drinks LOL
